Getting Started with Connectors

Overview

Connectors are used to integrate the Loyalty platform with other Zeta applications, and with a wide range of third-party platforms. To integrate Loyalty with another platform, you must create a reusable asset called a Connection Profile. The Connection Profile contains all the information needed to manage the integration, such as API endpoints, login credentials, and so forth. Once defined, Connection Profiles can be used throughout the Loyalty platform, such as in Import Definitions, Export Definitions, and Triggered Actions, for example.

Access

The Connectors screen displays a list of all the supported Connector types within Loyalty. To access the Connectors screen, select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Integrations > Connectors from the side navigation menu.

To see a list of existing Connection Profiles for a specific Connector type, click the tile for that Connector type.
